Are you a recent engineering or technical graduate who enjoys solving problems, learning how equipment works, and building relationships? DRT Metal Packaging Systems is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing commercial team and develop into future Outside Sales professionals.

This is more than an entry-level job. It's an opportunity to learn a specialized industry, gain hands-on exposure to engineering and manufacturing, and build a career that combines technical expertise with customer interaction.

You'll begin in an Inside Sales role at your home location, working alongside experienced sales and technical professionals while learning our products, customers, and business. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll take on more responsibility and prepare for a long-term career in Outside Sales.

• Learn DRT's equipment, tooling, spare parts, and service offerings through practical, hands-on training.
• Support customer inquiries and collaborate with internal experts to develop quotations and solutions.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and help move projects toward successful outcomes.
• Research customer accounts and identify opportunities for parts, services, upgrades, and new equipment.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce.
• Participate in customer meetings and site visits as your responsibilities grow.
• Collaborate with peers and colleagues across multiple DRT locations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Distribution, or a related technical field.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of related experience.
• Interest in mechanical equipment and manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Interest in developing a career in technical sales and willingness to travel as needed.
