We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Setup and Checkout Crew Member to join our dynamic Auctions Team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our auctions—from the initial organization and preparation of auction assets to the final checkout and shipping process. • Prepare assets for auction by cleaning, tagging, photographing, and cataloging items
• Assist with on-site auction setup, display, and breakdown at auction locations
• Support customer checkout and pickups, including verification and safe loading of items
• Pack and prepare items for shipping and coordinate with shipping providers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Track and submit expenses related to travel, supplies, and shipping

• Previous warehouse, logistics, auction, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to travel to auction sites and stay for varying lengths of time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and safety procedures
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, loading, and operating equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, helpful attitude
• Willingness to travel to auction sites as needed
• Basic computer skills for cataloging, documentation, and expense tracking
