This is a senior product leadership opportunity for an experienced B2B SaaS product leader joining a fast-growing, AI-native technology business. You will own the product function end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap definition through execution and measurable business outcomes. As the first product leadership hire, you will establish product management practices, lead and develop a growing PM team, and shape how products are built and launched. Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform capabilities, balancing immediate delivery with long-term product vision and business priorities.
Define and execute product strategy in partnership with the CTO and founders, aligning roadmap decisions with revenue, retention, adoption, and expansion objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team while establishing strong product practices, execution standards, accountability, and a culture of ownership.
Partner closely with Engineering to define requirements, manage scope and trade-offs, and ensure high-quality, timely product releases.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure products are well positioned, launched effectively, and adopted by customers.
Lead customer discovery, interviews, competitive analysis, and market research, translating customer evidence and market signals into actionable roadmap decisions.
Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, retention, time to value, feature impact, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes.
Establish consistent sprint planning, release management, and product execution processes.
Remain hands-on where needed to unblock teams, make rapid product decisions, clarify requirements, and maintain momentum from discovery through delivery.
Use product analytics and data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve product priorities and outcomes.
10+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, including at least 4 years leading and developing a PM team.
Demonstrated experience launching products that have delivered measurable business results, including improvements in pipeline, retention, expansion, or revenue.
Strong experience with integrations, workflows, enterprise platforms, or similarly complex B2B products is highly valued.
Proven ability to combine strategic product thinking with hands-on operational execution and effective prioritization.
Strong customer-centric approach, with experience using customer research, interviews, competitive intelligence, and market evidence to guide product strategy.
Technical fluency, including the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, understand APIs and webhooks, review technical documentation, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
Strong understanding of product analytics, including defining tracking events, interpreting usage data, and measuring adoption and product impact.
Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or comparable product and project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Portuguese fluency is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and teams are expected to take significant ownership.

Exposure to enterprise customers and a technology category undergoing significant transformation.
Collaborative, fast-paced culture emphasizing ownership, speed, creativity, and measurable outcomes.
