RigUp is hiring experienced engineering and design professionals to support large-scale semiconductor, data center, and industrial facility projects across the Phoenix metro area. Disciplines we are actively hiring for:

• Plumbing Design (Revit and AutoCAD): industrial and semiconductor facility plumbing systems, IPC and UPC codes.
• Pipe Stress Engineering (senior and mid-level): piping analysis and support design using AutoPIPE and Caesar II.
• Telecommunications Design Engineering: structured cabling and telecom systems to TIA, BICSI, and NFPA 70 (NEC) standards.
• Structural Engineering (PE): steel and concrete design to IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC, including seismic provisions.

What most roles share: full-time work (about 40 hours per week), US work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available), and a mix of onsite, hybrid (typically 2 days per week onsite in the Ocotillo area of Phoenix), and remote arrangements depending on the role.

Pay: $38 to $75 per hour, depending on discipline, seniority, and experience. Your exact rate is set by the specific role you match to.
