Job Description

Busser is responsible for supporting the restaurant service team by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked dining areas. Duties include clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, cleaning dining and service areas, and ensuring guests have a clean and comfortable dining environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Clear Tables: Remove dirty plates, cups, and trash from tables as soon as guests leave.
• Beverage station: Assist in keeping the station clean and stocked.
• Sanitize Surfaces: Wipe down tabletops, seats, and booster chairs with safe cleaning spray.
• Restock Stations: Keep the customer stations filled with clean plates, cups, forks, napkins, and pizza toppings or shakers.
• Keep Floors Clean: Sweep up fallen food and wipe up drink spills right away to stop slips.
• Empty Trash: Take full trash bags out to the dumpster and put in new liners.
• Help Guests: Smile and answer basic guest questions or find a manager if they need help.

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around heat, steam, and wet environments.
• Team player attitude with a willingness to help out where needed.
• Flexibility to work shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior experience required—we will train the right person!
