What You'll Do:

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and food safety standards.
• Wash, chop, slice, portion, and label ingredients with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked prep station.
• Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.
• Support line cooks and kitchen operations during service.
• Rotate and store food using FIFO and proper food handling procedures.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and storage spaces clean and sanitized.
• Receive, organize, and stock deliveries as needed.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Organized and can manage multiple tasks at once.
• Works with speed without sacrificing quality.
• Takes pride in clean workspaces and food safety.
• Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to jump in where needed.
• Adapts quickly and remains calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Pays attention to details and consistently follows recipes and procedures.
