Position OverviewWe are hiring an HVAC Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly and modification of our custom HVAC/R systems. This role is hands-on and works under direct supervision in our manufacturing facility.
What You’ll Do- Assist in the assembly, manufacturing, and modification of custom HVAC/R systems
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing procedures to complete assembly and test operations
- Work from routings, instruction sheets, visual aids, and other production documents
- Take direction from a supervisor, lead person, or scheduling tool to complete work assignments
- Keep the work area clean and organized and package products for shipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to learn to read blueprints
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Basic English communication skills
