Job Title: IT Business Analyst 3 || Atlanta, GA || Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support software implementation projects.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools
• Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and system integrations
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, user stories, BRD/FRD documentation, and UAT
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
• Product Owner or Scrum experience
