Position Summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving TRICARE families in Virginia. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services while working alongside a supportive and clinically driven team dedicated to meaningful outcomes for children and families.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with caregivers, and help ensure exceptional care delivery across all services.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals
  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs with a focus on quality and treatment integrity
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent and supportive care
  • Provide parent training and caregiver guidance to promote skill generalization and long-term success
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with TRICARE, BACB, and organizational standards
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Skills & Qualifications
Required
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care
Preferred
  • Experience working with TRICARE families
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and data collection systems
  • Experience providing parent training and caregiver support

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 100,000 USD per year(USA)
