  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and industry engagement to generate qualified partner opportunities.
  • Evaluate prospective partners by understanding their business model, customer base, and technology ecosystem to determine strategic alignment.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified partners and partnership leadership teams.
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement efforts by sharing sales collateral, presenting high-level product capabilities, and communicating the value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to support campaigns, webinars, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, partner events, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase market visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline progress, and partner interactions using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Contribute to the growth of partner-sourced pipeline while continuously developing partnership and business development expertise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner development, business development, sales development, or related partnership-focused roles.
  • Previous experience within SaaS, technology, startup, or software environments is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or partner management platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, results-driven settings.
  • Passion for partnerships, relationship building, and developing a long-term career in technology and software sales.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset focused on shared success and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to think strategically, challenge ideas constructively, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
Benefits:
  • Competitive on-target earnings ranging from $78,500 to $105,000 based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Eligibility for equity participation and additional compensation incentives.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and professional development within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven company culture.
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships, enterprise sales initiatives, and cutting-edge AI-powered technology solutions.
