Job Description
- Greet customers and maintain hospitable relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise
- Process cash, charge and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help the sales and management team meet sales targets and goals
- Assist with inventory management, receiving merchandise into stockroom, store floor and Square
- Assist with inventories
-Restock and organize product daily
- Open and close cash registers and generate reports
- Open store/secure building w/alarm system at end of workday.
- Direct staff on how best to help with daily work
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and store events -
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including light housekeeping
Requirements:- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a small team environment
- Familiarity with technology products (e.g., electronics, wireless devices) is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
