This role is a strategic and hands-on People leadership position focused on enabling high-performing, engaged, and inclusive teams across a fast-evolving, tech-driven organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping shape talent strategies that support growth, organizational effectiveness, and culture at scale. The role blends coaching, employee relations expertise, and organizational design thinking to improve how teams operate and develop. You will partner closely with leadership to navigate change, resolve complex people challenges, and strengthen manager capability. A strong focus will be placed on using people data and insights to inform decisions and drive measurable improvements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on problem solving.
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute People strategies aligned with organizational goals, growth priorities, and evolving team needs.
- Coach managers and leaders on performance management, employee development, feedback delivery, and team effectiveness.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and sensitive workplace issues.
- Drive initiatives that improve engagement, retention, culture, and organizational design across multiple teams.
- Use people analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, informing strategic HR decisions.
- Support change management efforts during organizational transitions, restructures, or business evolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on learning, development, and career growth programs.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and legal standards.
This role requires deep experience in HR business partnership, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness within fast-paced environments. You will need to be highly skilled at building trust, influencing leaders, and navigating complex interpersonal and organizational challenges. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution is essential.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including significant exposure to business partnering and employee relations.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
- Strong coaching and leadership advisory skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, and evolving business environments.
- Solid understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience leveraging HR metrics and data to guide decisions is highly desirable.
- (Preferred) Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- (Preferred) HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
- (Preferred) Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Competitive salary range of $165,000 to $195,000, based on experience and qualifications.
