E2E Supply Chain Enablement Director

This senior leadership role sits at the core of global supply chain transformation, driving end-to-end planning optimization, digital enablement, and operational excellence across a complex healthcare technology organization. The position is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for supply chain technology, with a strong focus on advanced planning systems, including Blue Yonder, and data-driven decision-making. It plays a key role in aligning global supply chain stakeholders around scalable processes, standardized tools, and performance-driven improvements. The role requires close collaboration with planning, IT, and business leaders to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve network efficiency, and support strategic initiatives such as product launches and network redesigns. Operating in a highly matrixed, global environment, this leader influences adoption of new technologies and ways of working across diverse teams. This is a high-impact position where supply chain innovation directly contributes to operational performance and patient-focused outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the Global Supply Chain Technology Center of Excellence, driving end-to-end planning optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define and execute long-term supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across global operations.
  • Partner with supply chain, IT, and business leaders to prioritize and deliver technology-enabled improvement projects.
  • Oversee demand and supply planning capabilities, including advanced planning tools and platform enhancements such as Blue Yonder.
  • Drive integration of IBP and S&OE process improvements aligned with supply chain planning systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to planning effectiveness, cost-to-serve, and operational efficiency, translating insights into action.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support forecasting, new product introductions, and network redesign initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training and adoption strategies to ensure effective use of planning technologies across the organization.
  • Establish governance mechanisms and operating models to streamline supply chain change management and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of supply chain experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning, optimization, and global operations.
  • Proven experience implementing and driving adoption of advanced planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
  • Strong project and change management capabilities, including balancing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain KPIs, planning processes, and operational performance improvement methodologies.
