This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal GTM Systems Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the core of revenue operations and go-to-market systems strategy, ensuring that the technology, data, and workflows powering the revenue engine are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business priorities. You will act as a key architect of the GTM tech stack, translating commercial strategy into integrated systems and automated processes that enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to operate efficiently. The position combines hands-on systems ownership with cross-functional orchestration, supporting everything from quote-to-cash processes to AI-driven revenue initiatives. You will play a critical role in improving data quality, system governance, and operational visibility across the organization. Working closely with Enablement and Business Systems teams, you will ensure tools and workflows drive adoption and performance at scale. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where system design directly influences revenue efficiency and growth outcomes.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the performance, scalability, and optimization of core revenue systems while driving the execution of key GTM initiatives. You will translate business requirements into system workflows, manage integrations, and ensure that revenue operations run smoothly across all functions.

  • Own administration, configuration, and ongoing health of core GTM systems including CRM, CPQ, and sales tools
  • Translate business and revenue process requirements into scalable system workflows and automation
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Deal Desk to support GTM initiatives
  • Drive Quote-to-Cash process design, improvements, and system implementation efforts
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, system compliance, and access control standards
  • Manage system releases, incident resolution, testing, and change management processes
  • Design and support reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operational analytics
  • Lead the orchestration of data flows and AI-enabled revenue signals across systems
  • Evaluate and implement tools that improve efficiency, automation, and scalability
  • Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and Business Systems teams
Requirements

This role requires deep experience in revenue operations or GTM systems within a SaaS environment, with strong technical fluency and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. You should be comfortable operating in complex system ecosystems and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Business Systems roles
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce, with hands-on experience in CPQ or Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Proven ability to design and optimize revenue workflows and system architectures
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Order Management teams
  • Background in system integrations, automation, and data flow orchestration
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and governance practices is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong execution mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with additional bonus and equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Parental leave programs and family support benefits
  • Employee referral bonus programs
  • Remote-first or hybrid work flexibility (US-based)
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Inclusive culture with employee resource groups and community programs
