Part Time CNA/PCA Caregiver – Chesterfield, VA

Trove Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to a client in Chesterfield, Virginia. If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful connections, and making a difference in someone's daily life, we'd love to have you join our team!

Caregiver Responsibilities

Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and safe transfers, as appropriate
• Helping with light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Supporting the client's comfort, safety, and independence

Schedule

We have caregiver shifts available Monday through Sunday:

• Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Evening shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

There are opportunities to work one or both shifts, depending on your availability and the client's needs. We are looking for reliable caregivers who can provide consistent support throughout the week.

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, professional, and confident working independently
• Comfort around animals strongly preferred
• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• The ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
• Successful completion of a background check and reference screening

Please note: All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.
