This role runs team huddles, drives daily metrics and DC reviews, leads quality assurance audits of client and caregiver files, and mentors Care Managers and Client Care Specialists—stepping in as the branch's regulatory point of contact when the Area Manager is unavailable.

  • Conduct daily DC reviews.
  • Assist in compliance reviews with both client and caregiver files.

  • Coordinate with case managers or referral sources.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits on client and caregiver documentation.
  • Prepare and present metrics/reports to the Area Manager (AM).
  • Identify trends in compliance gaps and recommend/implement corrective action.
  • Mentor and train Care Managers / Care Manager 1s.
  • Oversee authorization renewals and utilization reporting to payers.
  • Liaise with state/regulatory bodies during audits when Area Manager is not available.
  • Review and approve care plan changes before finalization.
  • Manage escalated client or caregiver complaints.
  • Support onboarding of new caregivers.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
  • Comfort presenting metrics and compliance findings to leadership.
  • Composure and professionalism under audit or regulatory scrutiny.
  • Skilled at cross-functional coordination with case managers and referral sources.
  • Effective conflict-resolution skills for escalated client/caregiver complaints.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, dental, vision benefits
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • PTO
  • Sick time
  • Paid company holidays
  • Monthly performance bonuses
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
