Job Description

Staff Product Manager - Agentic Solutions

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager - Agentic Solutions in the United States.

This senior product leadership role focuses on defining and delivering next-generation agentic AI products that transform how enterprise teams work with complex systems and workflows. You will shape product vision across an advanced AI platform that embeds intelligent agents directly into existing enterprise tools and environments. The role blends strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, requiring deep collaboration across engineering, design, deployment, and customer-facing teams. You will drive the creation of scalable, secure, and user-centric AI-driven workflows that enhance human productivity rather than replace it. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly influence mission-critical enterprise and government use cases. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where clarity, ownership, and systems thinking are essential. The work sits at the intersection of applied AI, enterprise software, and real-world operational impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for enterprise agentic and workflow solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Translate complex customer and operational requirements into scalable, intuitive AI-driven product experiences in close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution, from discovery and specification through development, launch, and iteration across enterprise environments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and deployment to identify reusable workflows, optimize adoption, and scale solutions.
  • Use data analysis, customer feedback, and competitive insights to guide prioritization and continuously improve product performance and usability.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing the platform in stakeholder meetings, demos, and industry-facing forums.
  • Identify system gaps, friction points, and edge cases, proactively designing improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within enterprise software, platform products, or large-scale workflow systems.
  • Strong familiarity with AI technologies and their application in transforming business processes and enterprise operations.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver impactful, data-driven product outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-team initiatives with strong program and execution discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical constraints, business goals, and user experience trade-offs effectively.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience engaging directly with users, partners, and stakeholders to shape product direction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across technical teams and executive audiences.
  • Background in a technical field (BS/MS) or equivalent practical experience in enterprise product environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $240,000 USD annually.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge agentic AI systems shaping the future of enterprise workflows.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • High-impact role with ownership over strategic product direction and platform evolution.
  • Collaborative environment working alongside top-tier engineering, design, and AI talent.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale deployments and mission-critical customer environments.
  • Opportunity to influence both product strategy and real-world operational outcomes across industries.
