This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Product Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of data, product strategy, and operational intelligence, driving the creation and evolution of advanced data products that power analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights. You will lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation through launch and continuous iteration—ensuring scalable, high-impact solutions that support business decision-making. Working in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, you will translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and executable roadmaps. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. You will also define success metrics, improve product performance over time, and help shape go-to-market strategies for data capabilities. This is a highly visible position where you will influence both technical direction and business outcomes in a rapidly evolving industry.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and design through launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization, ensuring delivery of reliable, high-quality analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate complex business and operational challenges into clear product requirements, hypotheses, and scalable data solutions that support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Define product metrics, success criteria, and experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous iteration based on insights.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and ensure alignment with engineering and data teams in agile delivery environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure adoption, usability, and business impact of data products.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, data sources, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance product capabilities and market competitiveness.
  • Deliver product demos and communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in technical product management, with a strong focus on data products, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced environments, balancing priorities and delivering high-impact outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify root causes, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, along with strong collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, analytics techniques, and product experimentation frameworks, with exposure to AI/ML concepts considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $107,000 – $130,000 USD
  • Performance-based bonus and incentive programs
  • Equity opportunities as part of the total compensation package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, and sick leave
  • Parental leave and family support benefits
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • Learning and development opportunities to support career growth
  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture focused on innovation and impact
