Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Sales

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Sales in United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling, technology-driven marketplace where you will define and execute the product strategy for sales systems that power complex, high-volume B2B transactions. You will own the roadmap for critical sales workflows including orders, pricing, and account management, ensuring internal sales teams and external partners can operate with speed, accuracy, and confidence. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and revenue stakeholders, you will translate real-world sales challenges into scalable product solutions. The environment is highly cross-functional and data-informed, with strong exposure to executive leadership and field sales teams. You will play a key role in shaping tools that directly impact revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience across a regulated, rapidly evolving industry. This is a high-ownership role requiring strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong customer empathy.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for sales systems, including orders, pricing, and account management capabilities.
  • Lead high-impact, multi-quarter initiatives that improve sales productivity, revenue generation, and operational efficiency across teams.
  • Translate sales insights, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into clear product direction and prioritized initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to define measurement frameworks and ensure product decisions are tied to business outcomes.
  • Drive improvements to sales rep tooling, dashboards, and internal workflows to support account management and performance tracking.
  • Design and optimize pricing and promotions infrastructure, including customer-specific pricing, discounts, and revenue-impacting logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including revenue, sales leadership, and operations to align strategy and execution.
  • Conduct field research and engage directly with sales teams and customers to identify pain points and product opportunities.
  • Influence platform architecture decisions to ensure scalable, extensible solutions across the broader ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product design, engineering, or a hybrid role with strong business and technical acumen.
  • Experience building internal tools or B2B software for sales, operations, or high-volume transactional environments.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems and workflows (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Experience working with API-based systems and integrating external tools into product ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions using data, even when information is incomplete.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, discounting logic, or sales operations workflows is highly desirable.
  • Experience in B2B, marketplace, wholesale, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with modern product and design tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) and agile workflows.
  • Comfortable incorporating AI tools into product discovery and execution workflows.

Benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $165,000 USD
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, revenue-driving product initiatives
  • Exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional strategic decision-making
  • Remote-first work environment with occasional travel for collaboration and events
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture focused on equity and collaboration
  • Opportunity to shape mission-critical sales systems in a high-growth industry
