In this role, you will take ownership of product strategy and execution for customer communications within a high-impact fintech environment focused on improving users’ financial health. You will define vision, OKRs, and roadmaps while driving cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions across omni-channel communication platforms such as SMS, email, push, voice, and more. The position sits at the intersection of product leadership, customer experience, and financial services innovation, requiring strong analytical thinking and executional excellence. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, ML, compliance, and business teams to build impactful features that improve engagement and outcomes. This is a highly strategic role where you will influence product direction, optimize financial and operational performance, and shape how millions of users interact with critical financial services. Lead product strategy and execution for communication platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, financial health objectives, and customer experience priorities.
- Define product vision, OKRs, and roadmaps in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, ML, and business teams.
- Drive development and optimization of omni-channel communication products (SMS, email, push, voice, and letter) to improve engagement and customer outcomes.
- Use data analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decisions, track performance, and continuously improve product KPIs.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch, iteration, and scaling of new features.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk frameworks in collaboration with legal and risk teams.
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize product impact and efficiency.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-obsessed product leader with strong analytical and execution capabilities in high-growth environments.
- 12+ years of overall experience, including 7–10+ years in product management roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Proven experience delivering complex, data-driven products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong expertise in product strategy, experimentation, metrics definition, and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience with omni-channel customer communication platforms (SMS, email, push, voice, and related systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities across technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across competing priorities.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance-driven product development is a strong plus.
