Director, Product Management

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on growth, user experience, and long-term product direction.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and drive the product vision and long-term strategy for core platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and growth priorities.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing new product innovation, platform scalability, and iterative improvements based on data and customer insights.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
  • Oversee product execution from discovery through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear prioritization, and measurable impact.
  • Build and scale a strong experimentation culture, embedding A/B testing, metrics-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization practices.
  • Develop, coach, and grow a team of product managers, fostering accountability, ownership, and high performance.
  • Drive platform evolution by defining performance, reliability, and user experience goals in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive product leadership experience within fast-paced, consumer-facing or enterprise-scale technology environments. You have a strong track record of shipping and scaling impactful products while managing and developing product teams. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills, and you are comfortable operating in highly cross-functional settings.

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including experience in top-tier technology or internet companies.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing product managers in high-growth environments.
  • Proven success owning products with measurable business impact such as growth, retention, or revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent product sense and strategic judgment, with a clear point of view on product direction and execution quality.
  • Strong technical and design fluency, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment in complex environments.
  • Experience with client-facing platforms, portals, or regulated industries (e.g., fintech or insurance) is a plus.
