Job Summary


The Sales & Customer Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for processing all incoming purchase orders, while working professionally and respectfully with all customers, both internal and external.


Essential Job Functions
Provides superior customer service to customers, brokers, and other Company employeesWorks closely with internal sales team and brokers to ensure order accuracyProvides customers and sales staff accurate and timely informationProcess all orders with accuracy that are received via EDI and emailSends order acknowledgements to brokers and customers as requiredTransmits orders to all outside storage facilities and distribution centersBack up for the appointment desk as well as working closely with the appointment desk personnel during the holidays to ensure appointment desk e-mail box is responded to timelyWorks closely with team members to be completely cross trained on all EDI functions as well as export orders and documentationUnderstands and applies processes and systems that the company utilizes in order processingAssists sales team on special projects to accommodate customer needsAssists customers with concerns and offers practical solutionsFoster a positive and pleasant working relationship with customers and all Company employeesAssist with completion of export documents as neededCoordinates with Senior Manager, Commercialization, and processes Hard Cider orderPerforms other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management
Job Qualifications
1+ years of Sales Customer Service experience, preferred but not required in a consumer-packaged goods industryAbility to handle a variety of customer situations with professional enthusiasm and tact with the willingness to work with all levels of employees and management both internally and externally
  • Anticipates needs of internal and external customers and responds to customer’s needs and questions in a proactive receptive manner
  • Education and/or Certification Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree or combination of education, experience and training, which would indicate possession of the required knowledge, skills and competencies to perform the essential job functionsStrong working knowledge of the Internet and PCs with Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP
    Preferred Skills (Not Required)
    Knowledge of EDIBilingual in English/SpanishKnowledge of international/export order processesPrevious related experience in Customer Service and/or Order Processing preferred

    Upon meeting eligibility requirements, the Company offers the following: health insurance coverage, LTD, 401(k) profit share contributions, paid sick leave, paid vacation leave, and eight (8) paid holidays per year.
