  • Create, track, and manage service tickets while coordinating with operations and field teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide technical support to clients, site hosts, and field technicians, including real-time troubleshooting and DAS validation

  • Assist in performance modeling and simulation of solar PV systems to support forecasting and analysis
  • Generate and validate client performance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
  • Contribute to sales and pre-sales support through technical insights and performance modeling input
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting processes, refining workflows, and contributing to platform enhancements
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in solar monitoring and strong analytical capability, combined with a structured and customer-focused mindset. You are comfortable working across multiple systems, solving technical problems, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial solar monitoring or performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms, and maintenance practices
  • Experience working with DAS platforms and interpreting solar performance alerts
  • Familiarity with energy simulation tools (e.g., PV modeling platforms) is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret solar system design documentation is beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and client-facing interactions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and escalation awareness
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Adaptability and curiosity to learn evolving tools and solar industry practices

  • 100% employer-paid health insurance premiums for employees and partial coverage for dependents
  • Equity options to participate in long-term company growth
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Flexible remote work environment with optional in-person gatherings
