In this role, you will lead the interpretation, monitoring, and application of global labor and employment regulations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance excellence in complex, multinational workforce environments. You will act as a key legal and strategic advisor, translating evolving regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams and stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in shaping compliant workforce solutions across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Canada, with direct impact on global MSP programs and contingent workforce strategies. You will collaborate closely with legal leadership, sales, and delivery teams to embed compliance into business decisions. The role requires a strong balance of legal expertise, strategic thinking, and operational execution. You will also contribute to client-facing insights that support business growth and trust in global engagements.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring global workforce compliance strategy, translating regulatory complexity into actionable business guidance, and supporting compliant service delivery across regions.
- Monitor and analyze global labor, employment, and contingent workforce regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Interpret legal and regulatory developments across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Canada, assessing their impact on workforce models and MSP programs.
- Translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical guidance for internal stakeholders and business teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance global compliance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and legal leadership teams to design compliant workforce solutions and mitigate legal risks.
- Produce client-facing compliance insights and updates to support engagement, trust, and business development efforts.
- Ensure alignment with compliance timelines, governance standards, and organizational risk management priorities.
The ideal candidate brings deep international employment law expertise combined with strong business acumen and the ability to operate in fast-paced, global environments.
- Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- 8–12+ years of experience in international labor and employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven experience advising multinational organizations in complex regulatory and compliance environments.
- Strong ability to translate legal and regulatory concepts into practical, business-focused guidance.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across regions such as APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
- Excellent written communication skills with clarity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.
