This role sits at the intersection of mobile advertising, Connected TV innovation, and high-performance sales execution. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition growth across the CTV ecosystem, primarily within the North American market, while operating from a fully remote setup in Europe. The position offers a highly strategic scope, combining direct revenue generation with market expansion and partnership development. You will engage with senior marketing and growth leaders across gaming and non-gaming industries, shaping tailored advertising solutions. - Own and develop the North American CTV user acquisition (UA) territory, driving new business growth and strategic partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding handover
- Execute a structured outbound strategy with consistent high-volume prospecting and CRM-driven activity tracking
- Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline in CRM tools, ensuring reliable forecasting and reporting
- Design and present tailored, performance-driven advertising solutions for gaming and non-gaming clients
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers in UA, growth, and marketing teams across key accounts
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to generate visibility and new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term account success
- Provide market insights and feedback to refine regional strategy and product positioning
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally in UA, CTV, AdTech, or performance marketing environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive, fast-moving markets
- Strong experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) with disciplined pipeline management
- Expertise in high-volume outbound prospecting combined with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior executives
- Strong understanding of the North American advertising or mobile app ecosystem is highly valued
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with cultural familiarity with US business practices
