Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking an Experienced Baseball Coach in Danville, CA to lead our Advanced Camp program (ages 1014).

This position is intended for coaches with a strong background in player development who can confidently run drills, teach game concepts, and maintain structure with older campers.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering high-level baseball instruction while ensuring a professional and organized camp environment. This group requires coaches who can balance instruction, accountability, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Teach advanced fundamentals and positional development
• Run structured practice segments and gameplay scenarios
• Maintain discipline and engagement among campers
• Provide consistent, constructive feedback
• Support overall camp operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching at the high school or travel level preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage groups of 1014 year olds effectively
