This role is designed for a creative and strategic social media expert who can define and elevate how a leading cloud security brand shows up across digital platforms. You will own the storytelling approach across social channels, shaping narratives that translate complex technical topics into engaging, accessible content for global audiences. Working closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, you will bring campaigns, product launches, and industry insights to life through impactful social-first content. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, blending strategic planning with hands-on content creation. You will also engage directly with the cloud security community, helping build authentic relationships and amplifying the brand’s voice in key conversations. This is a high-visibility role where creativity, technical curiosity, and experimentation directly influence brand perception and reach.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the social media storytelling strategy while producing engaging content that strengthens brand presence and community engagement across platforms.
- Develop and evolve a distinctive social media voice and storytelling approach across all channels.
- Plan, manage, and execute the social content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, company milestones, and industry trends.
- Create and publish social-first content including written posts, graphics, and short-form videos that educate and engage target audiences.
- Partner with executives, product teams, and subject matter experts to translate technical insights into compelling social narratives.
- Actively engage with the cloud security community, participate in industry conversations, and identify opportunities to amplify brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and optimize social performance metrics to improve engagement, reach, and overall marketing impact.
The ideal candidate brings strong social media expertise within a B2B or technology environment, combined with the ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging digital storytelling.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing social media strategy and content for a growing brand, ideally in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube, including content formats, audience behavior, and trend dynamics.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical or product concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible storytelling.
- Experience creating multi-format social content, including copy, visuals, and short-form video.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new formats, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure content performance and optimize accordingly.
