• Analyze large datasets from multiple business systems to generate meaningful insights and support operational decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business performance tracking.
• Support day-to-day analytics, ad hoc reporting requests, and performance analysis initiatives across business functions.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and analytical outputs.
• Support fast-paced analytical projects involving forecasting, trend analysis, and operational performance measurement.
• Work with cloud-based data environments and analytics platforms to support scalable reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, data quality standards, and analytical methodologies.
• Assist in interpreting complex datasets and presenting findings in a clear, business-friendly format.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Experience working with large datasets across multiple systems and business environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics tools and platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure ML, Synapse, or Data Factory.
• Knowledge of Python, pandas, PySpark, or related data processing tools is highly desirable.
• Exposure to machine learning concepts, model development, or time-series forecasting is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain analytics, or operational analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
