Caregivers Needed – Enterprise Area | Immediate Opportunities in Dothan, Alabama at FirstLight Home Care of Dothan

We're growing in the Enterprise area and are looking for experienced caregivers who live in or near Enterprise to join our team.

The families we serve trust us with the people they love most. That's a responsibility we don't take lightly.

At FirstLight Home Care, we're looking for caregivers who believe showing up matters, treat every client with dignity and respect, and take pride in providing quality care.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and provide companionship
- Assist with mobility and fall prevention
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Transportation when needed

Schedule:
- Daytime AVAILABILITY between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM OR
- Nighttime AVAILABILITY between 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Shifts range from 4–12 hours, depending on client needs
Caregivers with open availability receive the most consistent client assignments

Benefits:
$12.00–$14.00 per hour
Loyalty bonuses at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year

Requirements:
At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Comfortable working in homes with pets

For over 14 years, FirstLight Home Care has proudly served families throughout the Wiregrass. We're currently expanding our team in the Enterprise area. While many of our clients are located in Enterprise, caregivers may also have opportunities to serve nearby communities as client needs grow.
