Essential Functions
- Lead and support the daily activities of the Accounts Receivable team.
- Assist with workload distribution and monitor the timely completion of daily tasks.
- Research and resolve homeowner account issues, payment discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
- Process homeowner payments, ACH applications, account adjustments, and credits.
- Prepare bank deposits and ensure the timely and accurate posting of payments.
- Maintain accurate homeowner account records within the accounting system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues.
- Assist management with process improvements, cross-training initiatives, and the documentation of departmental procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Three years of accounting experience in a high-volume environment
- One year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vantaca accounting software
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Community association management industry experience preferred

- Ability to read printed materials and computer screens accurately for extended periods.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through written communication.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry files, mail, and office materials up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements for typing and data entry.
