Speedy Glass is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Bozeman, MT!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will
- Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
- Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
- Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
- Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
- Perform all other duties as assigned
You will need
- State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
