GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Provider Sourcing Specialist.


Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:


Position purpose

The Provider Sourcing Specialist acts as a brand ambassador for GI Alliance and actively collaborates with the physician recruiters to identify top physician/ALP talent and to deliver high quality physician candidates through the development of effective sourcing and opportunity marketing initiatives to meet the goals and objectives of physician recruitment strategies.


Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

  • Establish partnerships and long-lasting relationships with both passive prospects and active candidates.
  • Establish and execute diverse sourcing plans and tactics to ensure timely selection of high quality talent to support our rapidly growing physician/APP networks.
  • Build and execute effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to our physician / ALP openings.
  • Develop unique recruitment initiatives to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels: applicant tracking systems, social media, cold calling, print advertising, resume databases, referrals, and other technologies to attract and retain physician / ALP talent.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with physician residency/training programs.
  • Continuously build talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
  • Collaborate with all members of the Physician Recruitment Team.
  • Meet and exceed a pre-established quota.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends that would impact the hiring process or talent community.
  • Provide superior customer service, possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions with candidates and colleagues.
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking database.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    Education: Bachelors Degree required or minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
    Experience: Physician recruitment experience is preferred or equivalent amount of sales experience
    Additional Qualifications: Proven successful track record of high volume physician sourcing.

  • Research, analytical, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently but within a team framework.
  • Ability to be extremely responsive to a high volume of requests.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Requires a strong sense of urgency to handle a workload under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Demonstrated success of developing a talent physician pipeline.
  • Be flexible and committed to the team concept.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, initiative and willingness to learn
  • Be open to new learning experiences
