What You'll Do
Every morning, you'll lead a team that delivers a welcoming, clean, and delicious breakfast experience for our guests. You'll inspire your team, maintain high standards, and help create memorable stays that keep guests coming back.

You'll be responsible for:
• Leading and developing the breakfast team
• Creating an outstanding guest experience every day
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
• Ordering food and supplies while controlling costs
• Scheduling staff efficiently to meet business needs
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and Marriott standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized breakfast area
• Helping the hotel achieve outstanding guest satisfaction scores, including Intent to Recommend and Breakfast Service/Food Quality
