Job Description

Director / Sr. Director, Head of Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director / Sr. Director, Head of Integrations based in United States.

This is a senior commercial product leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a broad ecosystem of partner and integration capabilities. You will shape packaged, white-label, AI-native, embedded, and custom integration solutions designed to accelerate enterprise growth and partner-led expansion. The role combines product strategy, technical integration expertise, commercial ownership, and executive-level relationship management. You will work closely with strategic HR technology partners, enterprise customers, Product, Engineering, Revenue, Partnerships, and Operations teams. A major focus will be turning recurring partner needs into scalable APIs, workflows, platform capabilities, and reusable product primitives rather than bespoke solutions. You will also connect integration investments to measurable outcomes such as adoption, revenue, activation, expansion, retention, and time-to-value. This is a highly visible, market-facing opportunity for an experienced HR tech product leader who can operate strategically while driving execution across complex partner ecosystems.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the end-to-end strategic integrations product strategy across packaged, white-label, embedded, custom, and partner ecosystem solutions.
  • Own the product roadmap from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Partnerships, Revenue, and Marketing to increase partner activation, product adoption, partner-led growth, and successful scaling of reseller, embedded, white-label, and integration relationships.
  • Ensure partners can effectively sell, support, and scale powered offerings by identifying and resolving product and operational friction throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Serve as the senior product counterpart for strategic HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller, and embedded partners, aligning joint roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and commitments.
  • Translate recurring partner requirements into scalable APIs, workflows, configuration models, platform capabilities, and reusable product primitives.
  • Connect product investments to measurable commercial outcomes, including partner-sourced revenue, adoption, activation, attach, expansion, retention, implementation velocity, and time-to-value.
  • Define the strategy and technical roadmap for enterprise integrations using modern iPaaS platforms and robust API capabilities.
  • Leverage AI-driven product capabilities to create intelligent, automated workflows and differentiated integration and white-label experiences.
  • Coordinate partner requirements across EOR, Contractor, Platform, and other shared capabilities to deliver a cohesive end-to-end partner experience.
  • Work with Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Support, and Customer Success to establish scalable operating models for reseller, white-label, embedded, and integration-led distribution.
  • Monitor market trends, partner ecosystem developments, competitive offerings, and emerging distribution models to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Represent integration solutions at an executive level, delivering strategic presentations and managing relationships with C-suite stakeholders, enterprise customers, strategic partners, and industry forums.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Revenue, Operations, Support, and Marketing around shared partner and commercial objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, enterprise integration strategy, or partner product leadership within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record as a commercial product leader driving strategic integrations, platform adoption, and multi-channel partner growth.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling products for reseller, white-label, embedded, marketplace, platform, or broader ecosystem distribution models.
  • Hands-on experience building packaged, white-label, and custom integration solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of how partner and platform investments contribute to revenue, adoption, expansion, retention, and overall business performance.
  • Experience driving partner activation, adoption, operational success, and ongoing product uptake beyond initial product launch.
  • Proven ability to work directly with large enterprise technology partners and manage joint product roadmaps, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
  • Strong platform-oriented thinking, with the ability to transform individual partner requirements into reusable and scalable product capabilities.
  • Deep expertise with modern iPaaS platforms, enterprise APIs, and scalable data integration architectures.
  • Experience or strong interest in applying AI-driven product capabilities to enterprise integrations, white-label solutions, and partner platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams and external technical stakeholders to define and deliver integration and platform capabilities.
  • Experience driving measurable commercial outcomes through partner ecosystems.
  • Deep HR technology expertise, including HCM, HRIS, payroll, global employment, contractor management, compliance workflows, and enterprise workforce software ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of API monetization, platform business models, or partner-led growth is a plus.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build confidence among senior leaders, strategic partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic portfolio level while maintaining strong execution discipline and accountability.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
Benefits
  • Annual gross base salary of $210,000–$263,000, plus variable compensation.
  • Annual bonus eligibility for non-sales roles, based on factors including individual and company performance.
  • Commission structure for eligible sales roles.
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Vision insurance.
  • Generous paid parental leave.
  • Flexible time off.
  • Spending accounts.
  • 401(k) and retirement benefits.
  • Sabbatical after 5 years.
  • Additional employee benefits and perks.
