Manufacturing Flex Associate-2nd shift in Medina, New York at Takeform

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Manufacturing Flex Associate to join our 2nd shift team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and working in different areas of a manufacturing environment.

As a Manufacturing Flex Associate, you’ll be cross-trained in multiple manufacturing processes and will work where your skills and support are needed most each day. One day you may be working in Laminating, another in Assembly, or supporting another area of production. The goal is to build a versatile team member who can contribute across multiple areas and help keep production moving.

Our second shift team receives a $2/hour shift premium, with regular hours of 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday, and the option of a 4x10 schedule.

• Work in various manufacturing areas based on daily production needs
• Learn and perform multiple manufacturing processes and positions
• Assist with laminating, assembly and other production activities
• Follow established work instructions, processes, and quality standards
• Safely operate equipment and tools after appropriate training
• Inspect work to ensure products meet quality expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet daily production goals
• Demonstrate flexibility by moving between tasks and departments as production priorities change

• Comfortable working with their hands and performing physical work
• Adaptable and able to transition between different tasks
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or similar experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or equivalent required
