Secretarial & Governance
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings — scheduling, agenda, pre-reads, minutes, and action tracking
  • Manage the secretarial and compliance calendar in partnership with the external vendor and legal counsel (ROC filings, statutory registers, ESOP administration, cap table hygiene)
  • Own document management for governance and investor records

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — able to distill complexity for a sophisticated audienc
  • Exposure to health tech, SaaS, or medical devices (Good to have)
  • Familiarity with Indian corporate governance and secretarial processes (Companies Act, ROC, ESOP)
  • Understanding of US healthcare / RPM markets (Good to have)
