This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-level client onboarding projects within a global, technology-driven environment. You will guide customers through implementation journeys, ensuring a structured and positive experience from initial setup through successful adoption. Working across internal teams, you will coordinate delivery, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the onboarding process. You will also help client teams understand and adopt solutions designed to strengthen digital trust, compliance, and risk management. The position combines project management, customer engagement, cross-functional coordination, and implementation expertise. It is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys creating clarity, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across international markets.
Lead enterprise-level client onboarding and implementation projects from initiation through successful adoption.
Establish clear project plans, milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and communication workflows to maintain transparency throughout onboarding.
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across implementation activities.
Act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring requirements, dependencies, and expectations are clearly understood.
Guide customers through implementation journeys and support them in achieving successful adoption of relevant products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver client education, onboarding materials, demonstrations, and guidance to help internal customer teams become confident users.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers early, and coordinate appropriate actions to keep onboarding activities on track.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing a responsive, structured, and solutions-oriented experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding challenges and continuously improve the customer journey.
Ensure project documentation, status updates, and relevant onboarding information are maintained accurately and consistently.
2–3 years of experience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, or workstreams.
Experience in a customer-facing or implementation-focused environment, preferably involving enterprise clients.
Knowledge of KYC, Transaction Monitoring, AML, identity verification, risk management, or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage.
Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, and competing requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on customer experience and successful delivery outcomes.
Ability to identify potential issues early, take ownership of solutions, and coordinate effectively across internal and external teams.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones.
Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
Strong adaptability, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, international technology environment.
