Business Analyst-Onsite - Salt lake, UT- InPerson Interview in at INFO ORIGIN INC

Position Overview:
Clientis seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a State Hospital/psychiatric healthcare environment. The BA will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and translate business needs into Agile/SAFe deliverables. On-site engagement is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business/functional requirements.

• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions.

• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow improvement.

• Participate in SAFe ceremonies, backlog refinement, and PI Planning.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders.

• Support UAT, test scenarios, and requirements traceability.

• Prepare BRDs, process documentation, status reports, and related deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of BA experience in a psychiatric, behavioral health, or clinical care environment.

• Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and ceremonies.

• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and process-mapping skills.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Office/365, or equivalent.

• Strong stakeholder communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• SAFe certification.

• State government/public-sector healthcare experience.

• Behavioral health, psychiatric operations, or EHR experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
