We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Store Manager who cares about quality, loves giving customers a great experience, and wants to grow with us as Crumbl expands.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll lead the bakery team and run day-to-day store operations. You’ll set the tone for a fun, fast-paced environment where every customer leaves with a smile and a box of beautifully decorated cookies they can’t wait to share with friends and family. You’ll be responsible for your team’s performance, the customer experience, and the store’s overall results, reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop your team, including Assistant Managers and shift leads
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members to Crumbl brand standards
• Build schedules, approve hours, and manage labor to hit targets
• Track key performance indicators and report results to the Regional Manager
• Keep accurate records and use them to review and improve team performance
• Ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time
• Oversee baking operations, from mixing and portioning dough to baking, frosting, and topping, and jump in hands-on when needed
• Keep the kitchen and storefront clean, organized, and food-safe
• Manage inventory and ordering, and meet daily and weekly deadlines
• Solve problems quickly and make sound decisions on the spot

• Proven experience as a retail, restaurant, or food-service manager

• Comfortable with computers and basic reporting
• Reliable transportation
• Available for early mornings, late nights, and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid driver’s license (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
• Business management education or related field (Preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods
• Bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Lift over 50 lbs. from time to time

Shift Availability

• Day shift (Required)
• Night shift (Preferred)
