Airport Food Concessions Associate in Canovanas at TPIS

TPIS is currently recruiting energetic, customer-focused Airport Food Concessions Associate for one of our clients operating a food and beverage concession at the airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with customers, and are comfortable performing multiple operational responsibilities, including food preparation, customer service, and cashier duties.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, value hospitality, and are interested in developing their skills within the food service industry.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service in a high-volume food service environment.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and serve food items according to established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with menu selections, orders, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout assigned workstations.
• Follow established food safety and handling procedures.
• Replenish food products, supplies, and service materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak operational hours.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support daily business needs.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid Puerto Rico Health Certificate.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Willingness and ability to prepare food, assist customers, and operate a cash register.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and efficiency during busy service periods.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

• Must be available to work rotating second and third shifts.
• Availability required for shifts beginning at 12:00 PM or later.
• Must be able to work on-site at the airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
• Flexibility to accommodate operational scheduling needs.
