German Language Trainer in India at Jobgether

This role is focused on delivering high-quality German language instruction to students and professionals across different proficiency levels. You will play a key role in helping learners develop strong communication skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while also building their understanding of German grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context. The position involves creating engaging lesson plans and using modern, interactive teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes. You will assess learner progress continuously and provide personalized guidance to support improvement. • Deliver structured German language training sessions for learners at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Design lesson plans, learning materials, and interactive activities tailored to different learner needs.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and track progress over time.
• Provide personalized coaching to improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural aspects of the German language.
• Use engaging teaching methods such as role-plays, digital tools, and real-life scenarios to enhance learning.
• Prepare learners for German language certification exams such as Goethe, TELC, and TestDaF when required.
• Collaborate with other trainers to continuously improve training effectiveness and curriculum quality.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
• German proficiency at B2 or C1 level certified by Goethe, TELC, TestDaF, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a German language trainer, tutor, or instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Ability to teach students, professionals, and corporate learners effectively.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms is an advantage.
