Acting as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, and analytics teams, you will translate complex needs into robust, data-driven solutions. The position requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong product thinking, and the ability to align technology with measurable business outcomes. You will play a critical role in optimizing user experience, improving workflows, and enabling scalable member acquisition processes. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment. You will help shape how internal teams leverage CRM capabilities to drive growth and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, evolving, and optimizing the Salesforce product strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and organizational objectives.

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define a shared vision, prioritize initiatives, and shape the future Salesforce ecosystem strategy
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and measurable success criteria
  • Design and optimize end-to-end Salesforce solutions that improve workflows, user experience, and operational performance
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and iterative delivery principles
  • Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of scalable solutions
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive product management experience with deep Salesforce expertise and a strong ability to bridge business and technical domains. You are highly analytical, user-focused, and comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, technology, or technology-enabled services environments
  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations teams with scalable CRM solutions
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Tableau
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical documentation and user stories
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and across full software development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design user-centric product improvements that drive measurable business impact
