We are looking for an energetic and passionate Relief Dealer Supervisor professional, working as a Dealer when not scheduled as Dealer Supervisor with proven knowledge, skills and abilities, executing the following role and responsibilities in support of the company’s vision, mission and values:

Job Description:

Monitors Dealers in an assigned area; maintains game integrity; monitors game limits and cash/value transactions; may assign shift work assignments in an assigned areaMakes changes to rotations as requiredProvides input for coaching and mentoring employeesParticipates in the implementation of strategic table games plansRequests fill/credit issuance as requiredVerifies cash/value transactions pertaining to floats, fills credits and tipsResponds to, resolves or escalates issues, reports irregularities and suspicious activitiesAssists in allotting player seating and waiting listsMaintains a tidy work areaLiaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsDevelops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership and employeesEnsures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma: Post Secondary education or a suitable combination of education and experience an assetKnowledge and experience in a variety of table games required (Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack, UTH)Must have minimum 1 year of experience in Table dealing & supervisingAbility to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communicationStrong and accurate mathematical skillsComputer literacy in MS OfficeAbility to successfully obtain and maintain a Gaming Registration & Service It Right.
