Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager with a strong background in cable/telecommunications construction and outside plant (OSP) operations. The primary responsibility will be to ensure escalations are being handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of escalation tickets and maintain regular escalation site and CIN Tickets
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold construction department standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide consistent updates to clients and leadership regarding project progress and any issues impacting timelines or relationships.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in cable/telecommunications construction and project management.
- Previous experience managing escalation tickets
- Proven FTTx project management experience is required.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing contractors and multi-site construction projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed at the federal rate).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory or management experience required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed based on project demands.
