This is a high-impact strategic analytics role at the intersection of sales, operations, and executive decision-making within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will partner closely with senior leaders to analyze business performance, uncover growth opportunities, and shape data-driven sales strategies that directly influence revenue outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations that improve productivity and operational efficiency. The role combines advanced analytical work with strong business storytelling, requiring you to communicate findings to executive stakeholders. You will also play a key role in defining KPIs, building scalable reporting frameworks, and driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple go-to-market teams. This position offers strong visibility and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions at scale.
- Provide strategic, data-driven consulting support to stakeholders across Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Analyze sales and revenue performance data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and present executive-level KPI dashboards, reports, and insights to senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity, operational efficiency, and go-to-market effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders to define metrics, establish reporting standards, and ensure data consistency across teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering analytical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
- 4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, sales strategy, revenue operations, or a similar data-driven role in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in translating large, complex datasets into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL, with additional exposure to Python or R considered a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking with experience defining KPIs and building scalable reporting frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Experience working autonomously while driving cross-functional alignment and influence.
- Annual cash compensation ranging from $129,200 to $206,700 USD, depending on experience and location.
