This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical data within electronic health record (EHR) systems that support care management programs. You will be responsible for transferring clinical documentation with precision, ensuring information is accurately reflected without modification. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to structured workflows in a healthcare data environment. You will collaborate closely with care management and operations teams to support smooth clinical documentation processes. - Accurately transfer clinical documentation into customer EHR systems without altering the original content.
- Ensure all data handling complies with HIPAA regulations and protects patient confidentiality at all times.
- Follow established workflows and procedures to maintain consistency and data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with care management and operations teams to support documentation accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist in maintaining organized and reliable clinical records within multiple EHR platforms.
- Support ongoing improvements in documentation processes by adhering to best practices and internal standards.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry activities.
- 5+ years of experience working with EHR/EMR systems in a clinical or healthcare administrative setting.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Epic Systems, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Strong background in medical billing and healthcare documentation processes.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and PHI handling in remote environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a structured, task-oriented workflow environment.
- Strong reliability, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience working in remote healthcare operations preferred.
- Eastern Time Zone availability preferred.
- Hourly rate of $20–$30 depending on experience
