The position combines strategic advisory work with hands-on execution, including contract negotiation, regulatory monitoring, and policy development. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will navigate multi-jurisdictional legal challenges in a dynamic, cloud-focused business. • Provide practical, business-focused legal support across commercial, sales, HR, finance, privacy, and compliance functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring balanced risk allocation and legal compliance.
• Manage contract templates, including their development, updates, and implementation of efficient contract management processes.
• Support sales and finance teams in contract negotiations, risk assessment, and debt recovery activities.
• Monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable internal policies and practices.
• Contribute to corporate governance, internal policy creation, and compliance frameworks across departments.
• Design and deliver legal training, guidance materials, and workshops to improve legal awareness across the organization.

• Law degree with at least 3+ years of experience as an in-house legal counsel, ideally in a tech or digital environment.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in English.
• Solid understanding of compliance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks in an international context.
• Ability to combine legal expertise with a commercial mindset to provide practical, solution-oriented advice.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess business risks effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Fluency in English is required; additional experience with international or U.S. legal frameworks is a plus.
