This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping the next generation of sports prediction experiences at scale. You will own complex, data-driven product systems that sit on top of real-time sports data and multi-venue prediction markets. The role blends deep product thinking with strong technical fluency, especially around market mechanics, grading logic, and live data infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and sports trading systems to design seamless, engaging user experiences. This is a fast-moving environment where decisions directly influence product accuracy, performance, and user engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, understands sports deeply, and enjoys building sophisticated systems that operate in real time.
- Own the full lifecycle of prediction markets, including creation, pricing structure, live management, grading, and settlement to ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Define and optimize multi-venue market experiences by coordinating data and workflows across different prediction and exchange environments to ensure consistency.
- Shape market design and evolution in partnership with trading and exchange teams, including probability modeling, pricing logic, and structural improvements.
- Lead the live and in-game product experience, from pre-event setup to real-time updates, in-play adjustments, and dynamic market behavior during events.
- Drive product experimentation and bet mix optimization using A/B testing, analytics, and behavioral insights to improve engagement and market quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to ensure sports data feeds are properly structured, reliable, and actionable across all product surfaces.
- Translate complex sports, data, and market dynamics into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- 5+ years of product management experience in sports tech, sportsbook, DFS, prediction markets, or other real-time trading/data-heavy products.
- Strong understanding of sports data feeds, live data systems, and how structured sports information is used in product applications.
- Hands-on experience with market systems such as grading, settlement logic, live trading, or equivalent real-time transactional environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience running experiments, interpreting A/B test results, and making data-driven product decisions.
- Familiarity with prediction markets, probability concepts, or pricing mechanics is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear specs, align stakeholders, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Deep passion for sports with strong attention to detail and understanding of game dynamics.
- Competitive base salary range ($160,000 – $240,000) plus target equity participation
