Madison Park Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while helping residents maintain their health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established standards.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, leadership, and other appropriate team members.
- Educate residents and families regarding care, treatments, and health management.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Coordinate resident care with nursing assistants, physicians, therapy, and other departments.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, regulatory, and facility standards.
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and individual preferences.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition.

- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or applicable multistate privilege.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- Ability to prioritize resident needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to accurate documentation, resident safety, and quality care.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform considerable physical activity, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving 50 pounds or more; stand and/or walk for more than four hours per day; and regularly bend or stoop as required to provide resident care.
