We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership, support field clinicians, and help ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care.

• Oversee and support day-to-day clinical operations and field staff.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapy staff as assigned.
• Monitor patient care, documentation, and compliance with physician orders and agency standards.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical escalations.
• Support Medicare Conditions of Participation, regulatory compliance, audits, and surveys.
• Coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, Intake, therapy, and leadership.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and development of clinical staff.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, quality, and patient safety.

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Current, unrestricted Florida RN license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least 2 years of home health experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and Medicare requirements
• Current CPR certification
• EMR experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to meet all required background and compliance requirements
